PROPOSED FINAL SITE PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 23, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the evening or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting will be held at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center, 28 N. Washington, Second Floor, Oxford, MI 48371.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Final Site Plan for the PROMENADE AT WATERSTONE, a Lifestyle Shopping Center, Parcel # 04-22-200-006 located within the Central Area Development District, on 11.47 acres south of Meijer Drive and north of East Market Street.

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Clara J.
