PROPOSED SENIOR HOUSING

Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 14, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the evening or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting will be held at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center, 28 N. Washington, Second Floor, Oxford, MI 48371.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Senior Citizen Housing Project to be known as BELLINA PINES (Residential/Multiple-Family, zoned RM), parcels 04-27-401-002, 04-27-401-003 and 04-27-401-004, commonly known as 555, 561 and 575 Pontiac Street. The property is located on the east side of Pontiac Street north of Pocahontas.

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Clara J.
