PROPOSED NEW ZONING ORDINANCE (67A)

(Currently known as Revised Ordinance 67)

Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 14, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the evening or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting will be held at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center, 28 N. Washington, Second Floor, Oxford, MI 48371.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed New Zoning Ordinance currently known as Ordinance 67 and to become known as Zoning Ordinance 67A. A draft of the proposed Zoning Ordinance is available for review at the Charter Township of Oxford Building Department, 300 Dunlap, Oxford, MI 48371-0003, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, if any) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p. m.

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Clara J.
